Diving
Loch Linnhe and the Sound of Mull are the main diving areas.
The Sound of Mull is one of the best places in the UK to dive. And if the weather blows up, there's usually alternative dives available in Loch Linnhe and Loch Leven.
There is a variety of diving in a wide range of depths and for all abilities:
- Drift dives
- Wall dives
- Wreck dives
The Underwater Centre
Fort William is also home to The Underwater Centre, the world’s leading commercial diver and ROV training centre. Their facilities and unique location in sheltered waters at the head of Loch Linnhe allow diving and ROV flying in almost all weathers, so training can take place all year round.
Rockhopper Sea Kayaking
Rockhopper Sea Kayaking is a fully mobile provider of guided sea kayaking trips and sea kayaking instruction based near Fort William on the West Coast of Scotland.
No Fuss Events
So what is No Fuss all about? Well basically we love the outdoors, we love events and the fun, camaraderie and craic. We have tried to strip back some of the rules and regulations involved with sport that can be a wee bit off putting at times.
The Moorings
The Moorings Hotel lies alongside the Caledonian Canal at the famous Neptune's Staircase. With splendid panoramic views of Ben Nevis and Aonach Mor, the Moorings offers comfort and style coupled with the covenience of a modern hotel.
