Touring Parks in the Outdoor Capital

Want to wake up near the shores of the beautiful West Coast, looking over the Silver Sands?  Try Camusdarach or Sunnyside Croft.  Prefer to look out over a mountain view?  Bunroy Holiday Park which lies in a peaceful riverside location, a short stroll from the village of Roy Bridge is the one for you.

Wild Camping in the Outdoor Capital

Want to get really close to nature?  Scotland's progressive Outdoor Access laws mean that wild camping is possible almost anywhere.  With freedom comes responsibility, though, and you should leave no trace by :

  • taking away all your litter
  • removing all traces of your tent pitch and of any open fire (follow the guidance for lighting fires)
  • not causing any pollution.

For more guidance, download Scottish Natural Heritage's guide to responsible camping and visit the Scottish Outdoor Access Code's website
